Thrive in Relationship

CPD courses for psychologists

Caroline believes that meaningful change happens when we attend to the whole person—mind, body, spirit. She holds a deep respect for each person’s capacity for growth and aims to create a therapeutic space that feels both safe and engaged, where healing can unfold through a collaborative and attuned therapeutic relationship.

Her work is integrative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, grounded in Imago Relationship Therapy and informed by relational neuroscience, positive psychology, and somatic awareness. She works with individuals and couples to better understand the patterns that shape their experiences and relationships, and to move toward greater clarity, connection, and choice.

Alongside her clinical work, Caroline serves as Director of Education and Training at the Imago Center of Washington DC and as faculty with the Imago International Training Institute, where she trains and supervises therapists internationally.
