I have been working as a clinical psychologist for the last 26 years. My practice is a general practice working with adults with a range of issues. During the last 9 years, in addition to my practice, I have been running an ADHD Parenting course for parents of ADHD and ADD children. This became a particular interest due to my experiences with my own children. I also consult to parents on a one-to-one basis to assist with their own difficulties in dealing with their ADHD/ADD children.
I have spoken on this topic at numerous schools, ranging from nursery school to high school, on MANAGING AND UNDERSTANDING THE ADHD CHILD WITHIN THE CLASSROOM, as well as having given many talks at parenting forums on MANAGING THE ADHD CHILD.
A large part of my private practice now incorporates working with ADHD adults and helping them in their struggles with the condition.
