Dr Ute Liersch is a Chartered Counselling and Coaching Psychologist based at 10 Harley Street and The Soke in Chelsea, London. A practising clinician with over a decade of experience, her work integrates third-wave behavioural therapies — particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — with existential philosophy and somatic-grounded practice.

Dr Ute Liersch is the author of A Minimalist’s Guide to Becoming Resilient and the creator of the Resilient Leadership Partnership, a psychologically anchored executive programme for founders, clinicians, and leaders navigating complexity. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and was a highly successful lecturer at the University of London, known for bringing clarity, depth, and warmth to complex psychological ideas.

A sought-after speaker and workshop presenter, Dr Ute is also a frequent podcast guest and bilingual educator (English/German), with a growing presence on Instagram (@dr_ute_) and YouTube. Her teaching offers more than tools — it offers a way of working that is grounded, intelligent, and deeply human.
